How it works
The goal is to make getting help feel easy, especially if technology already has you frustrated.
Use the form and describe the problem in your own words. No technical diagnosis needed.
I’ll ask any needed questions, confirm the area, and make sure a visit makes sense before scheduling.
I’ll help at your pace, explain what I’m doing, and tell you honestly if replacement or another option is smarter.
Pricing
No confusing service menu. No surprise add-ons.
First hour
$60
Includes the visit within my standard service area and up to one hour of help.
Additional time
$40/hr
Only if more time is needed and you approve continuing.
Most regular home tech help is billed by time — computer troubleshooting, printer setup, new device setup, Wi‑Fi/device help, file transfers, scam/popup checks, and patient coaching.
For bigger jobs, like large data transfers, several devices, or a badly infected computer, I’ll explain the likely time before continuing.
If something is simple, I’ll say so. If something is not worth fixing, I’ll tell you honestly before you spend money on unnecessary work.
