These ranges are estimates based on the hourly rate — not additional fees. I’ll explain which price applies and get your approval before beginning. If the hourly rate is cheaper for your job, I’ll use that. If something is not worth fixing, I’ll say so before you spend money.

Bayside Tech Support is my local tech support service for people around Ruskin and South Shore who want a real person to look at the problem, explain what is happening, and help get it fixed.

I want this to feel different from the big-box repair counter: less upselling, less confusion, and more honest help with the thing you actually called about.

How quickly do you respond?

I usually respond within one business day. If your request is urgent, choose “As soon as possible” on the form.

What happens during a visit?

I’ll look at the problem, explain what I’m seeing in plain language, discuss the likely cost, and get your approval before doing the work.

How do payment and pricing work?

The minimum in-home visit is $60, which includes travel within my standard service area and up to one hour of help. Additional time is $40 per hour.

What if the device is not worth fixing?

I’ll tell you. If a replacement, warranty claim, or store return makes more sense, I’ll explain that before you spend money on unnecessary work.
